What a bonus is, and why only one runs at a time.
A bonus is money in your Bonus wallet. Play with it until you've wagered the amount shown.
Only one bonus runs at a time. Others wait in line and start when the current one finishes. A bonus waiting in line does not use up its time: its time limit starts when it becomes active.
The next bonus in line starts when you claim the one running, when we move it to your Main wallet for you, when it expires, or when its balance runs out.

How much you bet before a bonus can move to your Main wallet, and how each game counts.
Each bonus shows its wagering requirement: the total you bet with it before you can claim it.
Each type of game counts toward the requirement at its own rate, shown on the bonus. A game that counts 100% adds the whole bet; one that counts 10% adds a tenth of it.
Keep to the max bet, and check which games count — some count less, some not at all.
A bet above the bonus's max bet is refused, and so is a bet on a game the bonus excludes. A bet on an excluded game never counts toward the wagering.
A bet placed while your bonus is running counts toward its wagering when it settles, even if it settles after the bonus ends. If it completes the requirement, the bonus pays out as normal. Bets with bonus money are not accepted after the bonus ends.

Your Main wallet holds money you can withdraw. Your Bonus wallet holds the money of your running bonus: you can play with it, but you can't withdraw it.
You choose which wallet you play from in the wallet panel: open it from your balance at the top of the page.
When the wagering is done, press Claim Bonus. We move up to the cash-out limit into your Main wallet. Anything above the limit is kept back: it is not paid out.
A bonus that is ready to claim, because its wagering is done or it has none, can't be used for bets; press Claim Bonus to move up to its cash-out limit to your Main wallet.
If you don't claim by the end date, we move it for you automatically.

When a bonus ends, and what happens to what is left in it.
Each bonus has a time limit, shown on the bonus. It starts when the bonus becomes active, not while it waits in line.
If a bonus ends before you finish the wagering, what's left in it expires.
Bets with bonus money are not accepted after the bonus ends; a bet placed before the end still counts when it settles.
If your bonus balance falls below a small amount while you're still wagering, the bonus ends and what's left is removed. For a bonus in USDT that amount is 2 USDT by default; each currency has its own amount, and How bonuses work on My bonuses shows the one for your bonus.
A bonus that reaches a zero balance ends, and the next bonus in line starts.
Your history on My bonuses shows how each bonus ended.
Expired: its time limit ran out before you finished the wagering, and what was left in it expired.
Ended: its balance fell below the small-balance amount while you were still wagering, and what was left was removed.
Removed by our team: our team removed it. If you have a question, contact support.
Withdrawal, refund or reversed payment: a bonus that came with a deposit is removed if you withdraw before its wagering is done, and it ends if that deposit is refunded or the payment is reversed.
Money the game provider credits to your bonus balance after the bonus has ended is kept for you when it is at least the small-balance amount: it becomes a bonus of its own, with the wagering and cash-out limit of the bonus it came from and a new time limit, and waits in line like any other bonus. Below the small-balance amount, it is removed instead.
