Every player is different. Quok88 ships a small set of controls that, used together, let you decide in advance what your evening looks like.
You can set deposit and wager limits per day / week / month at any time. Decreases take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
A reality-check prompt interrupts gameplay at a cadence you set (default 60 minutes; minimum 10 minutes; maximum 8 hours).
A cool-off (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) blocks deposits, gameplay, bonus claims, and sportsbook bet placement until expiry. Cool-off cannot be reduced or removed while active. Your account history, support, withdrawals, and data-export remain available.
A self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, optional indefinite) blocks the same activities, follows you across re-registration attempts, and can only be lifted by operator + counsel review with KYC re-verification.

If you would like to stop playing for the long term, you can close your Quok88 account. Closure is irreversible. Some records (transactions, KYC, AML / sanctions screening, support tickets) are retained for up to 7 years under the operator’s regulatory obligations — see the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
If you are under an active self-exclusion, closing your account does not lift the exclusion. The exclusion follows you for its remaining duration and is enforced against any future account you open with us.
